The Department of Swimming, University of Physical Education in Wroclaw, Poland invites to the 9th International Scientific Conference ”Science and Swimming” which takes place on May 24-25th 2018.
Especially, we would like to invite scientists (researchers) and practitioners (teachers, coaches, athletes, animators and decision makers) who are working in various fields of physical culture related to physical activity in the aquatic environment and undergraduate, graduate, Ph.D. sudents. An important aspect of the conference’s theme is to deepen public awareness in the area of health-related function of motor activity related to the aquatic environment. The conference’s theme covers the biological and humanistic aspects of physical education and sport, tourism, recreation and rehabilitation in the aquatic environment. Such broad subject matter is mainly taken in the axiological and pedagogical, physiological and biomechanical context.
